The Baha'i Community of Port Moody cordially invites you to a magical evening of 'World Music' in celebration of the birthdays of the Founders of the Baha'i Faith. Since their revelation over a hundred and fifty years ago, the teachings of Bahá’u’lláh and His Herald, the Báb (the Gate), on love and unity have permeated every corner of the globe proclaiming the message of the oneness of mankind, the elimination of prejudice, the equality of man and woman, the independent investigation of truth, the essential harmony of science and religion, the need for a universal auxiliary language and universal education among other principles.

To celebrate this special event we have invited Juno-nominated ensemble, The Silk Road, to entertain us with their delightful musical performance. Be transported to the inspiring notion of a world where every soul is an integral part of a larger common, humanity, working together towards an ever advancing civilization.
